ORDER

  • Select a Product
  • Choose Preferred Size
  • Select Quantity.
  • Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
  • Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
  • After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
  • Input the required details.
  • Click ‘Create an account for later use’ if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.
  • Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD) Click on “Confirm ORDER” once you’ve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page.
  • Check your email for an Order summary

Once you placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email which will provide your order number. It starts with CC# followed by numbers.

You can check the status of your order in two ways:

  • Click on the “Orders Status" section in your account
  • Click on ‘Track Your Order’ in the Information Section located in the Footer and inputting required details

Size Guides are available for all products on their respective product pages.

Yes, they will be the same except in the case of products which are handcrafted where slight differences can be expected. If there are any issues please Contact Customer Services. Note the actual color of the product may vary from the picture due to the setting of your device.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business days after they are placed. We use TCS for all standard shipping orders in the Pakistan. Orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

We are unable to make any product changes to an existing order. Please contact us immediately via Live Chat or by calling +92-300-7644442. If you contact us within 3 Hours of placing your order we can cancel and replace the order. However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

RETURN'S & EXCHNAGE

Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from our online stores within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the time has exceeded 15 days, then exchange is not possible.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

For assistance with any purchase made at a Casual Collection retail store, please return to the store where purchased for assistance. Please check our Store Locator.

If you need assistance locating a specific item in a retail store you may contact customer service at +92 300-7644442), email or Live Chat for assistance.

If you have gone back to the Casual Collection store or other retail location where the purchase was originally made but still need further assistance please send us an email at casualcollection797@gmail.com.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your Order via two payment methods:

    <>liCash on Delivery – available all over Pakistan.
  • Online Payment – Visa & Master Card, Debit & Credit Cards

Yes, we use SSL encryption for all online transactions which ensure that your data will be safe during transactions.

In some cases, payment sent by you may not be received by Casual Collection due a Banking error. If your bank account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any issues relating to payment failure.
